The Camelot The Camelot is the resort's fine dining restaurant and boasts 2AA rosettes for excellent cuisine. Guests are offered a choice of menus with seasonal variations, using fresh produce from the local area. The restaurant holds two AA Rosettes in recognition of the talent of the chefs and their high standards of cuisine, and the efficient and attentive waiting staff. The Camelot is a stylish restaurant with a remarkably calm and relaxing atmosphere. With its traditional burgundy and dark wood furnishings, the decor is a modern interpretation of a classical style. The air-conditioned restaurant is very spacious and split level layout coupled with professional service ensures a great dining experience and a high degree of comfort. Bejerano's Brasserie Alternatively, Bejerano's Brasserie offers a more informal, international style of cuisine. Open daily for breakfast, lunch or dinner the brasserie is also a great place for parties and special occasions. Diners can chose from salads, snacks, pastas, meats, fish and delicious deserts, or the regular carvery style buffet. The brasserie is ideal for families as a children's menu is always available. Service is attentive and discreet, carried out by a small, dedicated team of professional staff. Five Lakes Resort is nestled within 320 acres of Essex countryside. Situated in Tolleshunt Knights, to the north of Chelmsford and just south of the Roman town of Colchester, Britain's oldest recorded town; a short drive from the A12 into London and within easy reach of the M25. There is a regular train service from nearby Kelvedon, Witham or Colchester into London's Liverpool St. Station, which is just a 50 minute journey.
