AquaMarine (Level 4) The Aquamarine offers contemporary ambience which makes it the perfect setting for every occasion whether you wish to dine in air-conditioning or under the stars at our outdoor alfresco terrace. Freshly prepared seafood including our Sushi Bar counter is the best catch from this menu. If choosing a wine presents a problem, our sommelier will assist in pairing the most suitable wines to the menu in any of our restaurants. Ristorante Bologna (Level 4) With an Italian Masterchef, your taste-buds will be tantalised by the finest Italian cuisine. Whether it be rich comfort food or traditional pasta, or the warm wine glazed over a rack of lamb, you are sure to find a palate pleaser. Of course, desserts are then most indulgent, so you must surrender to the temptation. Peach Blossoms (Level 5) A classic venue to enjoy Cantonese Cuisine. Peach Blossoms uses only the best of ingredients and recipes from around the region. A favourite with many Connoisseurs, is the much-loved Dim Sum menu. Atrium Lounge and Senses Patisserie (Level 4) Set within a landscaped 21 storey Atrium, this Lounge offers afternoon tea as well as specialty coffees, served from Senses Patisserie.
