Restaurant Description: In the beautiful sunlit dining room of Tiara restaurant at Queen's Landing, you'll enjoy a menu of classic simplicity inspired by the abundance of the Niagara Region.Each season, Executive Chef Andrew Dymond creates an original menu from the finest ingredients, both locally grown and imported from around the world. Out of this, he fashions dishes steeped in the traditions of France and England, and strikingly original in their execution. Chef Dymond has developed close relationships with the Niagara Region's best producers. He uses organic greens grown locally at Wyndym Farms and often harvested just hours before being served. Chef's philosophy: Don't overdo food. Treat it with the utmost respect in the most natural form, and you'll get the best presentation and product.
